Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Give technical presentations and demos that showcase the best solutions for the customer s particular use-case
• Assist customers with pilot and proof-of-concept implementations
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers
• Author technical documentation, implementation guides, blog posts, and articles
• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to prioritize customer needs
• Educate and mentor customers and colleagues
• Keep up to date with global and local data regulations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Entrepreneurship, as the first employee in the region, you must be self-motivated and do what it takes to grow the business.
• Programming Languages: Python, Node.js, Java.
• Cloud Providers and architecture: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba
• Experience building with REST APIs
• Familiar with Salesforce’s solutions is a big plus
• fluent Mandarin language and English.
