Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Operates the hotel switchboard, incoming and outgoing faxes and hotel s paging system.
Implements Dusit telephone etiquette in a professional manner.
Informs relevant feedback from guests, outsiders and staff in the hotel to the Department Heads.
Maintains a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local areas in order to provide guests as requested.
Extends fully cooperation within and between departments.
Strictly follows the emergency procedures of the hotel.
Assists in front office, reservation, and other are as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by concerned supervisors.
Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner.
Assists others to ensure the operation is run smoothly and effectively.
Follows hotel s rules and regulation and company s Standards of practices.
Attends training provided to all employees regularly.
Performs other duties as requested by the Service Center manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Reports to Service Center Manager
Coordinates with all concerned personnel to ensure that all activities are accomplished.
Interacts with clients, guests, government officials, supplies, and other important individual in the community in promoting the hotel.
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline
Minimum of 1 year in Call Center, Customer Service experience
Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
