Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of Bank’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Provide timely, accurate and complete progress reports to the Chief Executive Officer and Asset Liability Management Committee
• Investment Committee on the financial and operational progress of all departments/units within the function.
• Set the strategies, policies, and procedures of the Treasury and Investments function to support organizational business strategy.
• Lead the formulation of annual strategy, budgets, policies and procedures manual with adequate control of the Treasury
• Develop and propose Treasury and Investments budget in coordination with the Chief Financial Officer.
• Review and provide initial approval for the overall policies and procedures governing the activities of the Treasury and Investments function.
• Ensure that Treasury and Investments employees are in compliance with Doha Bank s strategic policies and procedures.
• Oversee treasury deals and investments limits on an on-going basis.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance, and/or Sales and Marketing from a recognized university.
• Master of Business Administration / Master of Arts is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years experience should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
