Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and understand service requirements.
• Maintaining appropriate display.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Sell the organization’s products and/or services to new or established customers; handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Achieve monthly prospecting goals and ideally exceed revenue targets.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years experience as Store Manager
• Multi-Lingual would be an advantage.
• Presentation skills, client relationships, negotiation skills, prospecting skills, sales planning, independence, and motivation for sales.
