Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ensure coordination of all social media activities, and that customer review and comment responses are made within designated response times and are in accordance with each social media channel’s engagement plan
• Follow the pre-set Social Media guidelines in updating our different channels while ensuring proactivity on daily basis
• Coordinate and perform the day to day activities relating to the different social media platforms

• Engage in conversations with our consumers to generate leads and content about us in the market
• Prepare and monitor reports with trends and emphasis on recommended future activities
• Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion
• File all complaints and refer them to relevant parties, monitor progress and update customers.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• University Bachelor’s degree
• Passionate about social media and online trends
• Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner
• Should possess creative writing and content skills
• Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
• Proactive in taking initiatives and staying updated with the latest technologies and social media trends
• Basic knowledge of e-marketing and graphic design.
