Job Duties and Responsibilities :
In-charge of materials and supplies to be used for production.
Receives materials and issues supplies for production.
Ensures supplies are properly kept on the storerooms.
Verifies that supplies received are listed on the requisition and invoices.
Arrangement of the good, warehouse, equipment, etc. as per the company standard procedure.
Prepare budget and responsible for inventory.
Inventories supplies and materials from time to time and ensures proper arrangement of supplies for easy reference.
Maintain proper stock levels of materials (minimum, maximum, average, danger, reorder level.)
Maintaining the proper store records as per the company policies.
Prepare the stock turnover ratio.
Use the proper pricing methods for an issue of materials into the Operations department.
Maintain and update all the procedures and policies as per ISO documentation standard.
Maintain the good relationship with the suppliers.
Ensure chemical and hazardous goods are stored separately as per Material Safety data sheet and adhere to safety policies while handling, storing and transporting these goods.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree holder
2 to 4 yrs experience in manufacturing or construction industry in UAE or GCC.
MS office skills, ERP system experience.
