Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Provides primary support and assistance to the Student Affairs Officer in the coordination of meetings, agendas, report compiling, calendar management and other essential office operations
• Serves as the main point of contact between the Student Affairs Officer and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinates, prepares, and distributes promotional materials for all on campus and off campus events
• Manages the storing of all student activities related equipment and accessories.

• Nominates, selects, and trains student volunteers to participate in events and activities organized by the Student Affairs department
• Distributes satisfaction surveys after events, to gather feedback and raise recommendations to the Student Affairs Officer for future consideration
• Receives student inquiries, requests for services and shares details with the supporting administrative units as needed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a higher education setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with students in a diverse and multicultural environment
• Demonstrated evidence of involvement with student activities as a student or recent graduate.

• Event management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
• Exercise sound judgment, discretion and confidentiality, as needed
• English is required; Arabic is preferred.
