Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Engage and nurture relationships with prospective students
• Advise proactively prospective students on the programs
• In person or via telephone and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Financial aid and academic counseling
• Prepare files for admissions review and on-going follow up
• Maintaining a comprehensive database / CRM platform to include all student records
• Implement student attraction plans for all programs offered by IOL.

• Manage the implementation of Marketing & Communications campaigns / events
• Work with the Marketing & Communications to ensure that all marketing is up to date,
• Accurate and available at required times.
• Support the updating of the University website information.
• Support market studies and research.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• 3 years of relevant supervisory experience is desirable
• Highly motivated with an ability to work on his/her own initiative.
• A higher education qualification, preferably in a business or management-related area
• Knowledge of student recruitment and admissions is desirable but not essential.
