Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• To coordinate with design team and to follow up with the contractors for the fit-out works
• To check the fit-out work at site and to make sure the work is being executed as per the approved drawings.
• To report and maintain the records of maintenance problem at site.
• To coordinate with the other internal departments in relation to the fit-out works
• Responsible to be available at the emergency as required
• Monitoring all the activities related to the fit-out works at site.

• Any other works as assigned by the line manager or department head.
• To maintain the records of daily activities at site and prepare the weekly and monthly reports.
• To verify the documents received as per the check list before issuing the PTW.
• To maintain all records related to dept. KPI S / OPP
• To review the quotations and prepare the evaluation for the maintenance related works.

• To review the invoices and verify the works as completed per the scope.
• Allocation of manpower and service provider to the assigned work.
• To prepare the technical evaluation of the requisitions raised with the related works.
• To maintain the records of open and closed LPO and coordinate with the concerned dept. to close the same.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of MS office.
• Expertise in operating office equipment and able to utilize system applications.
• Able to read and understand the blue print.
• Estimation and quantity take off.

• Thorough knowledge & experience in fit-out and civil works.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in retail and turnkey fit-out.
• Driving license is must .
• Dealing and communicating with different people.
• Multitasking and can meet deadlines.
