Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Build and lead, from the ground up, Uber’s acquisition strategy for Fleet Partnerships, Dost, Referrals & IOs across
• Analytics. Heavy analysis of our partner acquisition funnel and early lifecycle metrics by channel, demographics, and geography to drive efficient and cost-effective growth of new supply on our platform
• Growth Marketing.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Marketing and Performance Marketing functions to drive our acquisition agenda and target through experimentation and content creation/management
• Fleet Management.
• Work hand-in-hand with our key fleet partners to drive growth and efficiency by drawing on all available data, insights and tools to help them take their businesses to the next level
• Investment & Budget. Develop investment guardrails for acquisition and conversion across channels, evaluating the economic and strategic costs and benefits.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Startup/all-hands-on-deck approach
• Minimum 3 years of finance / business analytics / consulting / applied economics or related experience
• Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
• Demonstrated leadership of leading initiatives and projects at your organization
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a constantly-changing work environment
• Stellar Excel and SQL knowledge, a passion for data
• Python, R or any other scripting language is a plus
• Direct experience in a similar role is a plus.
