Job Duties and Responsibilities :
-Collaborate with project teams, application developers, and the Enterprise Technology – group to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
-Create and maintain server environment configuration scripts.
-Troubleshoot environment issues and prevent future occurrences.
-Conduct impact assessment of upcoming infrastructure changes and collaborate with application teams to minimize risk.
-Support process and technology changes to Improve quality and speed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
-Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Graduate
-Understanding of computers, database and network technology.
-Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
-Good organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently with limited supervision
-Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
-Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate as a member of that team.
-Knowledge of office automation, data processing techniques and practices, forms and records management.
-Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to incorporate them into educational programs.
-Strong technical aptitude and proven analytical skills.
