Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Leading a team of senior(s) & Junior developers.
- Design and code superior technical solutions.
- Create well designed, reusable objects.
- Create efficient and logical databases for clients.
- Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards.
- Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients on schedule.
- Communicate complex information effectively to team and clients.
- Ability to scale the solution to the client s goals and budget.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Computer Science Bachelor s Degree
- 8 years of experience implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
- Technical Leadership experience is required
- Knowledge in software design, object-oriented design and implementation techniques and n-tier application design, thorough understanding of design patterns and their application in software development. 2013/2016 Experience
- SQL Server 2012 /2016 Experience
- Team Foundation Server.
- Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications
- Understand browser-specific compatibility issues
- Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability
- Experience creating 3rd party authentication for external partner portals
- Angular 2/4 knowledge is a plus.
- React / React Fiber knowledge is a plus
- NodeJS knowledge is a plus
- Very Good Experience in C# and .NET framework (2.0 to 4.0).
- net MVC, and Web APIs technology.
- Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
- Good Experience in GUI, and user Experience.
- Ability to learn new programming languages & technology quickly.
- Experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and 2012.
- Practical Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS and Web Standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic preferred.
