Telesales Administrator Sharjah jobs. Currently we are looking for Telesales Administrator for our company in Sharjah. Interested Candidates Can submit their Application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Telesales to Clients & arrange meetings appointments
• Developing New Leads & Searching for new clients who could benefit from our services in a designated region, opening new markets, new accounts & developing new opportunities for business gain
• Sales assisting for engineering, real estate, consulting & commercial services & products
• Prepare technical, timing & financial offers, proposals & contracts and negotiating tender and contract terms, and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
• Sales visits to clients & preparation of sales presentations and demos to clients and attend in & outdoor sales meetings and supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Use social media marketing tools & regular update company pages, moderate campaigns and updating company profile
• Front desk receptionist, acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients and make general secretary works and managers & teamwork assisting
• Manage office internal necessary resources, maintenance, supplies, facilities & utilities
• Act as final quality assurance step before final deliveries to clients and collecting invoices & cash payments & cheques from clients
• Set, update & follow up teamwork plans, daily done tasks, weekly plans & monthly achievements and coordinate the projects progress process starting from day one of each project till hand over & finishing with final delivery.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience of 1 – 3 Years with minimum 1 year in telesales
• Computer Skills : Microsoft office, power point, excel, word, outlook, internet….
• High communication & presentation skills
• Able to work at Projects outside and inside Cairo
• Good command with English language.
