Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• The best candidates are genuinely excited to help customers.
• Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
• The target is to ensure excellent communication & presentation of offered packages to turn the received calls from customers into SALES.
• Manage large amounts of incoming and follow-up calls in a timely manner.
• Provide & present relevant information, brochures and publications to travelers.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
• Follow up on payments & handling related paperwork
• Meet profit and sales targets for each trip to receive travel incentives
• Expected promotions in the future will open the doors for you to work in the travel & tourism services.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Must be patient, concerned, and passionately communicative. Love to talk.
• Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent English & computer skills.
• Proven experience as customer service/telesales representative/sales role will be a plus.
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
