Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Business development Carry out tele-sales activities to promote and sell the Bank s products
• Marketing skills Raise the profile of ABK’s products and services and Deliver presentations and achieve sales of ABK’s products and services
• Cross selling Promote ABK and its products and services and Develop other business from customers other than salary acquisition e.g. Loans, deposits, credit cards
• Sales Support Deliver sales in line with sales targets and budgets (higher target than Junior staff).
• Teamwork Support Junior staff and new recruited staff to be in the right track to reach the target
• Date Process : Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate, Loan credited, or Credit Card issued and keep following up with the customers to get referral
• Complaints Management Handle issues raised by clients as part of the sales process
• Products knowledge Answer product queries and provide client reassurance
• Customer satisfaction Provide customer service at all stages of sales/conversion process.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Effective sales, achievement of targets
• Material for campaigns available
• Stands, locations etc. well organized etc.
• Good data capture & good information provided for follow up
• Good engagement with customers and potential customers.
Knowledge:
• Sales techniques and processes
• Product knowledge
• Marketing best practice.
