Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide training on workflow management in all shops and sections, concentrating on Production Control and Quality Control personnel, identifying and improving the process to accept and repair equipment based on prescribed standards.
• Identify and train the best methods to manage the work forces within each shop/section.
• Identify cross-training opportunities; develop a program and initiate/execute it.
• Prepare training that best merges the work sections with the supply process to refine the internal parts requisitioning process.
• Develop a procedure to manage acceptance of Direct Support level jobs and be prepared to train it.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School graduate.
- Military maintenance management training or equivalent civilian experience in managing maintenance.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in maintenance management positions, military or civilian.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms, computer literate.
