Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the production/edit of digital videos for mobile and social distribution.
• Work alongside the Creative team when creating concepts ideas and visual treatments.
• Excellent storytelling and concepting skills.
• Provide drafts throughout the process for feedback and guidance.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and support a team. Team is everything.
• Understanding of the term mobile-first, social media best-practices and how to maximize reach with our audience.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest content, social, digital and industry trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work following the deadline with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Delivery :
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that deadlines are met, best-practices followed & client expectations are exceeded.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• High-level editing experience with Premiere Pro
• High-level understanding of the Adobe Suite editing softwares.
• Strong understands of color correction, grading and audio fundamentals.
• Compose live action with animated or 3D elements and creating VFX elements.
• Strong technical background in video production and editing.
• Keen to be part of a team and contribute to the bigger picture of the agency, it’s growth and genuinely create something epic.
• You have a personality, take pride in your work and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
• Humour is essential.
Desirables:
• High-level animation skills.
• Basic videography skills.
• Understanding of DSLR camera operation.
