Job Duties :
• Creates Yearly window Planner liaising with Brand/Creative and Retail Team to coincide with specific product launches and new collections.
• Creates and implements window schemes in line with Yearly Planner/Brand Guidelines.
• Ensures that in store layouts are as per brand & business guidelines and sets out floor plans to his end.
• Ensures consistency and Brand standards are met in all window displays.
• Plans and implements Centre of Excellence to demonstrate to all store managers
• Ensures all visual standards are met inshore through VM team and regular store visits/coaching.
• Ensures Brand specific guidelines are implemented.
• Works closely with store Teams to train and develop their visual skills
• Manages the Ordering and distribution of Promotions/event POS
• Ensures all in store POS is up to date and displayed correctly.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in design, fashion technology.
• 4-5 years of experience in the field of visual merchandising.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Creative thinking and innovating idea.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills including demonstration skills to handle many assignments simultaneously.
• Efficiently work under pressures, deadlines, and stretch extra hours to complete assigned task.
• Should exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness.
• Able to take calculated and bold initiatives to meet the expectations of internal and external customers effectively.
• Should have excellent effectual communication skills.
• Should be able to communicate the insight and ideas effectively.
• Should have equally effective people skills.
