Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the collection of rent Cheques as well as other payments from tenants in lieu of the regulation to ensure risk mitigation.
Review the operational processes and recommend improvements in order to enhance the quality control of processes in line with organization standards.
Prepare and manage annual operational budgets, sinking funds and service charges to ensure controlled expenditure and recovery of operational costs. Evaluate vendors performance and accordingly procure new vendors or renew existing vendor contracts in order to maintain the smooth functioning of the operations.
Inspect property for damages or maintenance/facilities requirements in order to maintain the buildings and services.
Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.

Education & Experience:
Minimum 6 years of work experience in property and asset management.
