Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• To ensure efficiency, full capacity utilization and quality in term of production, and to introduce new methods of production to keep close with the latest technology, materials and system.
• Keep and maintain calibration, efficiency and records of all test equipment and tools.
• Implement strict implementation of all company quality assurance plan. in accordance with customer’s requirements and international standards.
• Prepare and manage the quality internal audits and report the audit findings and corresponding corrective and preventive action to CEO.
• Keep and maintain up to date Q/A documents and records.
• Review and approve inspection and test plan in accordance with customer, company and international standards.
• Represent the company with Concrete/Construction Standard Authorities such as PCI, ASTM, ACI etc.
• Develop in corporation with department needs all necessary internal training program for employees enhancement and improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 5 years experience in Civil Engineering Practice
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic Computer knowledge in MS Office
• Strong Leadership, Personality and problem solving ability.
• Formal training on ISO requirements and Internal Quality Audit.
• Excellent know- How on precast Concrete Technology.
