Walk in interview for Construction Manager. Currently we are looking for Construction Manager for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Communicate with the Project Parties continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns.
• Ensure the proper review of shop drawings, material approval, schedules, permits and progress charts along with the project(s) consultant and contractors.
• Prepare reports showing the status of the running projects on site, correspondence and associated documents.
• Advice on any potential variation to the Contractor’s scope of works that may generate cost or time impact and present PMC assessment.
• Assists in the administration of construction contracts to determine cost, project quality and adherence to establish completion schedule by the Contractor.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain records.

• Select and coordinate work of contractors working on various phases of the project.
• Oversee performance of all consultants and contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed along with the construction management team.
• Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
• Review in coordination with project committee work for accuracy and completeness, evaluate work techniques and methods for conformance to established policies and procedures.

• Resolve in coordination with the project committee engineering problems in the construction phase.
• Negotiate and resolve construction disputes, assist and participate in construction claim defenses.
• Manage and supervise project management and inspection.
• Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities recommend and implement resulting policies and procedures regarding
• Ensure construction files and records are appropriately maintained.
• Perform construction inspection duties as required on multiple projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned..

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proven working experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Familiarity with construction management software packages
• Ability to plan and see the big picture
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
