Key Responsibilities:
You will define & lead Dubai Airports design strategy ensuring it’s curated in all aspects; effectively applied within experience and product design development and implemented in line with the development plan.
You will translate the strategy into operational business plans for the design function aligning it with the development concept.
You will drive a culture for design that puts the customer at the center of the experience and product design process, with a focus on the emotional engagement of the customer.

Education & Experience:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent in architecture engineering/engineering.
Expertise in customer experience design, product design or infrastructure design.
It is expected that you will have been in a senior management role for 10 years and above.
Along with product and experience design, contribute to the formulation and implementation of Development Unit’s strategy, plan & manage the design strategy function budget.
