Key Responsibilities:
You’ll collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving the organizational vision for a world class facility delivering customer service to highest standards
You’ll translate the airport growth strategy into actionable goals and implementable plans for service delivery and operational performance
You’ll implement policies/procedures, goals and objectives for driving operational efficiency and enhancing productivity through achieving exceptional levels of service
In line with other internal departments, you will drive the government’s happiness agenda through passenger and employee engagement
Drive and encourage a highly motivated workforce that thrives on a fast paced ever changing environment.
Education & Experience:
You’ll have an extensive and demonstrable experience in delivering high visibility, mission critical service innovation strategies within infrastructure heavy organizations
You’ll have an experience of driving performance metrics improvement programs against competitive global industry standards
Displayed exemplary commitment and passion to customer service excellence through the delivery of innovative and potentially disruptive programs
You’ll be educated to Degree level or equivalent professional qualification
You should have at least 15+ years’ experience of which the last 5 should be within senior executive function
You’ll have a strong time management, organizational skills and ability to exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet schedules and deadlines.
