Walk in interview for Export Coordinator. Currently we are looking for Export Coordinator for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Communicate with foreign customers to organize quantities , Documents and delivery time tables
• Arranging shipments with forwarders to organize vessel schedule , availability and negotiate prices for booking the shipments
• Receiving documents and stamped it from accounting department and the bank to be ready for clearance process
• Forward shipments documents to the forwarder to start the clearance process
• Follow up the clearance and tracking process to ensure deliveries of material and product in time
• Delivery shipments invoice to warehouse for checking receiving material according to invoices
• Prepare payments notification for suppliers to account department according to suppliers payment terms and follow-up payments to avoid any delays in deliveries
• Reviewing forwarder to be delivered to cost control and ensure that payments are done to avoid interruption with forwarders

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Education : Required a university degree
• Past experience : 3 years in similar position with a track record
• Past experience in using a Logistic IT System (GSM is a plus)
• Languages: fluency spoken English and Arabic French is preferable
• Adaptation time : 1 Month
• Computer skills : Excellent computer skills of MS office, computer literate with the ability to learn new software
• Job knowledge : Required professional verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization skills.
