Facilities Supervisor in E Dubai jobs

Key Responsibilities:
In conjunction with the Technical Management, assist in providing scope of work and provide support for the selection of Specialist Service Partners
Provide technical support to the project on all electrical equipment and control systems.
Be responsible for the delivery of all planned and reactive tasks in accordance with the Service Level Specification requirements
Provide input for daily and monthly management reports and shift handover reports in a timely manner.

Carry out risk assessments and develop Method Statements to ensure all tasks are carried out safely so as not to harm people, equipment or property
In conjunction with the Technical Management, assist in providing scope of work and provide support for the selection of Specialist Service Partners.

Education & Experience:
Fluent in the English Language both written and Oral
Customer service focused
Supervisory skills to motivate and control workforce
Able to work independently under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment
Able to develop good relations with colleagues and be a good team player
Knowledge and experience of building services systems and equipment
At least 3 years of experience with advance knowledge in building services.
Experience in electrical equipment and associated systems and controls.
