Walk in interview for Finance Analyst. Currently we are looking for Finance Analyst for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
•Provide management with creative alternatives and recommendations for capturing/enhancing financial performance with specific focus on costing of products, transfer pricing & services
•Draft and regularly update policies, process and procedures in relation to cost accounting for Finance department. Ensure these are aligned to best practice and are done in a timely /accurate manner.
•Identify costs, transfer pricing and produce reports to support management in suggesting ways to reduce costs.
•Analyse data and identify trends in cost analysis and food cost including analysis of suppliers and customers profitability and propose recommendations for corrective action.
•Track and follow up on various cost improvement measures.
•Support management and prepare reports that evaluates cost of production , yield and variance from standard cost
•Track implementation of process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

•Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models in relation to cost of production across business lines and services.
•Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis in relation to cost of production across business lines and services.
•Contribute in executing key regulatory initiatives/ strategic projects in relation to cost of production across business lines and services.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
•Professional qualification in Business MBA / Professional qualification in Finance, ACA, CPA,CFA or working towards such qualifications preferred.
•Proficient in using ERP, Excel for analysis

•Minimum 5 years of experience
•Well informed in current financial subjects, tax laws, money market and business environment
•Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
•Big four Audit and forensic accounting experience preferred
•Problem solving ability.
•Strong team player.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Good planning and organisational skills.
•Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
