Walk in interview for Guest Service Manager. Currently we are looking for Guest Service Manager for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Providing support and advice to colleagues, members and guests regarding the club services
Investigating and proactively solving problems within the club in support ongoing development of the club s services
Enhancing member and guest experience through analyzing customer experiences.
Developing customer complaint and resolution procedures to support customer experiences of Dana Club.
Supporting sales of membership and services through conducting show arounds and responding to enquiries
Communication courteously w/ customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for members & guests to use.
Keeping ahead of developments in customer service.
Customer relations management.
Learning about the club services and keeping up to date with changes, packages and promotions.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Candidates must have a minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
Team Player
Confident, Independent and energetic
Pro-active, social and well presented. Self-corresponding
Customer service orientated
Inter-personal skills, empathy and a good listener.
High level of initiative.
