Head of Marketing in E Dubai jobs
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a collaborative programme across all core workstreams of growth including, strategy, client engagement and bidding that maximises our brand exposure and value propositions
Create and execute a new digital marketing communications strategy, including on-line monitoring and success feedback; that demonstrates tangible brand awareness exposure.
Collaborate and coordinate with contracts, Serco Middle East and Serco Group using effective stakeholder management to provide the most value to the business
Identify, develop, and evaluate internal and external marketing & communications strategy, based on corporate, business, patronage and revenue objectives.
Education & Experience:
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
Creative, self-motivated, with strategic thinking and business acumen
Highly motivated and flexible to work in a time-sensitive environment to respond quickly and effectively to unanticipated high workloads, events and emergencies
Ability to collaborate and manage complex internal and external stakeholders
A degree holder in marketing or business-related discipline.
