Walk in interview for HR Business Partner. Currently we are looking for HR Business Partner for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ensuring safe working environment as per local rules and regulations
• Managing the Manpower planning/budget of different projects in co-ordination with the Project Managers and the hiring managers
• Managing internal and external recruitment process for different positions
• Supporting the development of all employees in the Country (gap analysis, identification of key development actions, development plan implementation)
• Managing the Recruitment activities for the Function/Region in coordination with the Local/Regional recruitment Centre of Expertise whilst promoting internal mobility
• Assisting the HR director in the People Management Cycle for the country
• Assisting the HR Director in drafting Policies and Procedures and implementing those policies
• Ensuring HR policy (Corporate, Sector, Business, Country, local) and processes are implemented
• Managing the employer branding through participating in the employment fairs and manage the relationships with the universities
• Responsible for preparing and delivering full induction program for new comers
• Participate in assigned HR projects

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor s degree from a reputable university; Post-graduate study in HR is an asset
• At least 10 years experience in HR field, preferable in large engineering companies
• Familiar and knowledgeable with Egyptian labor law
• Previous experience in recruitment and manpower planning
• Familiar with working in Matrix Organizations
Language Skills: Excellent command of Arabic and English (written/spoken). Candidates with also French language will be given the priority
Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
IT Skills: Knowledgeable in all standard office tools
