Walk in interview for HSE Manager. Currently we are looking for HSE Manager for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Full time site based and involve only for the designated Projects.
• Provide excellent leadership and appropriate judgement for all HSE issues.
• Established and ensure implementation of the HSE management System during all phases of the project (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning up to handing over of the project)
• To established Project EHS-CMP including HSE Objective and targets to continually improve it.
• Involve in the development of the OHS risk and impact assessment with its timely revision based on the method statement for each and every activity.

• Involved in planning and enforcement of the control measures for each and every site activities
• Involved in all incident investigations and lead for the implementation of the action plan.
• Involve the Contractor Project team and lead for the implementation of OSHAD SF and meet best international HE standards.
• Understanding of infrastructure and sewer pipe line / Microtunneling works
• Monitor day to day site safety related issues.
• Follow approved HSE objective and targets
• Produce risk assessment report and enforcement to mitigate any kind of risk.
• Ensure that PM and all the site person’s follow Client HSE requirements.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
• Engineering diploma and NEBOSH Diploma
• International Certificate in Health, Safety and Environment
• 10 year’s experience Health, Safety and Environment with infrastructure construction/ Sewerage Field work experience.
• Official registration in OSHAD-Qudorat system and approved as A grade OHS Practitioner.
• Performance as per Client requirements
• Excellent English Verbal and Written Skills
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferable.
• In depth understanding of construction methodologies including pipe laying by NDM / pipe jacking / micro tunneling.
