Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out the technical analysis for the corrective area.
Realization of the demands requested by the application area.
Generation of documents to resolve incidents at lower levels of support (Workarounds).
Report and follow-up of the KPIs in your 3rd level area.
Education & Experience:
Experience: 3-5 demonstrable years in systems departments and in the area of application support.
Knowledge in: Unix (HP), Oracle, SQL, Java, J2EE, C
Knowledge in Microservices development.
