Walk in interview for Legal Counsel. Currently we are looking for Legal Counsel for our company. Location Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for providing legal advice relating to a broad range of agreements to the various DA business units on the full scope of commercial activities undertaken by DA. Where requested, you will participate in the negotiation of contracts with external parties.
• You will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Legal Contracts and managing the contractual aspects of the legal function related to DA suppliers and customers.
Education & Experience:
• You should have Minimum of 2 – 7 years of continuous legal experience in an international or blue-chip or local Government in-house environment and/or a reputable local or international law firm.
• You will have a Law degree from an accredited law school, in addition to a legal qualification from a reputable jurisdiction allowing you to practice law. You should be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
