Walk in interview for Legal Manager. Currently we are looking for Legal Manager for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Provide legal support to the business development team of company.
• To assist in the draft/amend and compile commercial and corporate letters ;
• To assist in the review of different project documents (EPC, O&M, PPAs, SHAs, SPAs etc.)
• To assist in the review of different finance documents
• To assist in the drafting/amending of RFPs for advisors to be procured by company for its different projects
• To draft and manage on policies and procedures manuals under supervision.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in reputable law firm (which can include secondment to clients).
• Works in and or exposure to project finance transaction, IPP/IWPP transactions, EPC and O&M projects(construction sector) or M&A transactions.
• Law degree
• Admitted as a lawyer (UK/Australia/or other commonwealth counties).
• Member of a recognised professional body/association (bar or law society).
• Ability to work independently (with the necessary support).
• Desire to learn and grow during the term of the secondment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Time management
• Performance and result oriented
• Ability to deal with pressure/stress.
