Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all customer communication is duly approved by Sharia and maintain record thereof
Analyze process, system, TAT, and documentation improvement opportunities and lead its effective execution
Coordinate the resolution of process breakdown and policy interpretation related customer issues across all functions
Build and execute effective customer contact plan.
Coordinate and support seamless execution of new product programs, processes, and systems.
Analyze process, system, TAT, and documentation improvement opportunities and follow up for its effective execution.
Execute programs and campaigns to achieve substantial growth in cards spends across all products
Coordinate alignment of sales for achievement of Portfolio sales programs.
Ensure timely and effective roll out of Portfolio Campaigns.
Coordinate the resolution of process breakdown and policy interpretation related customer issues.
Monitor competitor activity and facilitate in implementation of effective actions to counter them
Identify and implement new portfolio initiatives to achieve the financial targets.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in Credit Cards Portfolio Management.
