Walk in interview for Office Assistant. Currently we are looking for Office Assistant for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Administrative organization and coordination of all office operations
Fulfilling secretarial duties for the CAF General Secretariat, such as writing of correspondences, coordinating tasks, taking minutes, recording and managing files, planning of the calendar of meetings and travels
Managing and gathering internal and external information and handle smoothly communication with other internal divisions under the direction of the General Secretary
Performing any other duties as entrusted by the General Secretary and Chief of Staff
Assisting the GS Personal Assistant in his daily tasks.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree required / University undergraduate in senior year
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar function
Excellent computer skills; MS-Office.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Effective organizational skills.
Time management skills.
