Job Duties and Responsibilities :
To create a working environment, where clients can get best attention and service.
Manage overall activities pertaining to Operation Department
Monitors customers service standards against standards set by center, take corrective action in case of failure.
Implement & monitor customer service delivery standards.
Manage customer complaints through effective customer complaints resolutions process.
Ensure minimum turnaround time for transactions at the branch.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of office and HR procedures
Computer literacy (MS Office in particular)
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines)
Knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels.
