Walk in interview for Quantity Surveyor. Currently we are looking for Quantity Surveyor for our company. Location Dubai. Quantity Surveyor in E Dubai jobs
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll extend pre and post contracts including cost estimates, preparation of documents, tender negotiations, award and execution of contract
You’ll develop and maintain the Delivery cost database to facilitate project cost estimates, cost control and project budget applications
You’ll provide day to day quantity surveying skill sets to enable Dubai Airports to achieve project delivery goals.
You’ll act as a focal point for the day-day commercial and quantity surveying interaction across various business units and stakeholder.
Education & Experience:
You’ll have at least 6 years of experience in planning, design, procurement and construction of complex, time critical development programmes
You’ll be registered with an appropriate professional body; Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Project Management qualification such as PMP or PgMT would be advantageous
You’ll hold a Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a relevant discipline.
