Walk in interview for Revenue Analyst. Currently we are looking for Revenue Analyst for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assisting the Cluster Director of Revenue Management with essential administrative duties,
reporting and analysis tasks
• Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing
decisions on property performance. Perform competitor checks and report as appropriate
• Assist the DORM in identifying soft periods and developing promotions and strategies Support the DORM in effective implementation of Fairmont and Accor Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures
• Ensure the hotel has Best Rate Guarantee and parity compliance, and work with the DORM to minimize/eliminate BRG claims against the hotel/complex
• Participate in the property s weekly Room and F&B RevPRO and carry out commercial actions discussed
• Support DORM on daily, weekly and monthly reports, presentations and reviews
• Conduct quality checks on RMY and rate code
• Rate creation and maintenance on PMS and CRS
• Share best practices and key learning with peers
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Previous customer related experience required
• Previous Property Manager System, CRS and OTAs experience required
• Previous Reservation/Front Office experiences for 2 years is preferred
• IDeaS and HBSi working knowledge preferred
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• Must be able to type 25 words per minute
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Luxury hotel sales experience, having had varied market mix experience Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
