Walk in interview for Sales Coordinator. Currently we are looking for Sales Coordinator for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Coordinate with customer, sales manager for customer order processing
• Liaise with head of Sales for the preparation of promotions
• Responds to any inquiries from the consumer
• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered timely and according to the requirements of customers
• Responds to any inquiries from the consumer
• Makes presentations to management
• Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
• Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Candidate must highly proficient in MS Office in excel including Pivote Table and V-Lookup formula
• Candidate should have experience in MIS reports related to sales department, evaluation of sales team
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
