Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Learn about current clients and existing contracts in order to maintain and expand them.
• Identifies new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sell Solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; identify customer pains, political maps and recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• College degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum three years of sales experience in IT industry, large/strategic customer segment; or A record of achievement in this position
