Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Drive market sales productivity by developing strategies and materials to support advertisers and revenue objectives.
Responsible for the media mix strategies and offerings to reach clients, advertisers, partnerships and associations.
Strategic, create and execute best advertising offerings to all potential markets.
Formulate the market’s marketing and sales strategy to reach potential advertisers through the application of market and competitor analysis, brand s tracking studies, and sales initiatives.
Manage and execute day to day sales and marketing plans and executions
Liaise with marketing department to execute marketing plans across all media platforms including print, OOH, radio, online SEM/SEO, and others.

Manage direct sales function, training and coaching teams to implement best practices to achieve established sales targets.
Develop and implement sales incentive and compensation strategies for advertisers to drive desired sales behaviors and activities.
Develop, manage and implement pricing, packaging and promotional offers strategies to direct clients and media agencies.
Travel frequently to different markets as per business requirements (Levant primarily and GCC).
Cross sell the media mix represented and build most appealing business proposals.
Build solid relationships with media agencies in MENA and European markets
Update management on market development and latest trend
Monetize digital platforms and suggest best practices for developing new technologies that generates new revenue streams.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
8 years of professional experience within the field of media/ ad sales and marketing, preferably in TV, Radio and digital collectively.
At least 4 years must be in a leadership role.
Excellent leadership and decision-making qualities, as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated success managing and developing commercial process and deliverables through creative selling techniques.

Analytical and highly organized, able to take much information and distill into actionable tactics. Strong verbal, listening, written, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in integrated media selling
Must be exposed to diverse business profiles
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
