Roles and Responsibilities :
• Proven lead generation skills – ability to identify, and proactively prospect new leads by implementing a variety of lead generation techniques
• Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls to book and hold initial meetings and follow up sales meetings
• Promote member benefits, describe our different programs to prospects and assist member inquiries by maintaining the highest level of service
• Conduct yourself with a positive mindset and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written – detail oriented
• Professional sharp presentation skills, and must be tech saavy – you are no stranger to the mobile and app world
• Ability to work independently while supported by a team of professionals to help you sell
• Hold a valid driver’s license to to travel within Southwestern Ontario
• 3 to 5 years of Outside Sales and Cold Calling experience
• Knowledge and sales of group benefits offerings is an asset
• Knowledge of the construction sector is an asset
