Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff;
Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competitor’s strategies and activities;
Propose ways to improve the retail business, instore merchandising, marketing, etc.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs;
Maintain a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimize sales of the available inventory.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Store Manager preferably from Retail Beauty Brands;
Strong knowledge about the luxury industry
Strong leadership and management experience required;
Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty;
Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills;
Excellent client service and communication skills.
