Walk in interview for Store Manager. Currently we are looking for Store Manager for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs
• Assist in the selling process
• Conduct a brief every day and animate the brief with a Team Board
• Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category also by promoting cross-selling
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual with relevant KPIs
• Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on our sales, including competitor’s trading activities
• Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures
• Manage customer service quality, to meet client’s expectations by offering excellent customer service standards
• Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clients
• Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans
• Manage sales force to achieve sales goals effectively and assign clearly their day-to-day tasks.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• 5-7- years experience in Managerial role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
• Manages his/ her image standards on a high level
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
• Administration and financial skills
• Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient
• Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
• Goal oriented approach, multitasking
• Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry
• English and local market language are mandatory, knowledge of third language is a plus.
