Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• To set the work roster for team members and conduct continuous performance evaluations based on speed and accuracy.
• Ensure that training records for staff are up to date and complete
• Monitor KPI’s and adjust labour where necessary.
• Monitor the workflow and adjust manpower requirements as required.
• Prepare work schedules and allocations for all direct reports.
• Monitor and ensure that company rules and regulations are followed at all times.
• Guide staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Check counts and documentation of the pieces processed in the section for preparation of delivery notes and for monitoring production reports.
• Ensure that operation quality is maintained & is a strong tool to improving customer satisfaction & enhancing service delivery.
• Coordinate with the internal teams for delivery notes, reports, etc. so that the team’s outcome is integrated with the overall laundering processes.
• Comply with Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities & Standards by conducting workplace assessments and encouraging a safety culture within the team.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Higher Secondary Certificate Qualification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a large volume laundry facility
• Good English language verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work and perform under significant pressure in a 24/7 working environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a team of people.
• Ability to interact with customer’s and responds to their requests for information and support.
