Education & Experience:
Should have minimum 1-year work experience as a qualified electrical or mechanical technician in maintaining and repairing computer-based control and communication equipment, copper and fiber-optical based cables and interface equipment.
Must possess knowledge of signaling principles, fixed block and moving block signaling systems, software based interlocking devices, point machines, induction and docking loops, cab signaling displays, on-board and wayside signaling equipment.
Should ideally vocational trade certificate or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline.
