Walk in interview for Training Instructor. Currently we are looking for Training Instructor for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Intermediate level job in a career development progression starting with the Service Training Instructor and ending with the Senior Service Training Consultant.
Make decisions on type and quantity of training materials and/or instruction needed, training media and the method used to produce the material.
Specify the required graphics, prepare the script, arrange for review by other technical experts, revise as necessary and prepare documents and visuals for final production.
Develop and write service training products, on two or more machine or engine product lines (i.e. course outlines, technical instruction modules, WEB based training material, and media scripts).
Develop graphic material including digital art, digital photograph and digital video graphics.
Serve as subject matter expert on two or more product lines for internal and external technical projects.

Consult with other Caterpillar and dealer instructors on technical and instructional issues and with various business units on the design of diagnostic tools.
Assist the team leader to develop proposals and budgets for service training projects.
Serve as project/product leader when a team effort is required for project completion.
Negotiate with approved suppliers to obtain goods and services required to complete approved projects.
As a member of the service training project/product team, advise and assist to plan, develop, coordinate and produce all assigned service training requirements.
Assist the service training consultants with technical and professional development of service training staff.
Requires Travel to marketing organization training centers, dealerships and corporate training centers worldwide to teach specific courses.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
A college degree or equivalent experience in progressive training assignments involving classroom instruction, design, development, and delivery of training courses and materials.
Minimum 10 years of job-related training, engineering and technical support.
Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Fluent speaking in English, French and Arabic Language
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of one major company product line, and company policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:
Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Incumbent must possess superior human relation and communication skills.
Business-to-business marketing experience is preferred.
Proven competency in launching and delivering multiple projects/programs.
Able to handle upper-level dealer and business unit contact.
Thorough knowledge of company products and product applications.
