Walk in interview for Travel Consultant
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Greeting customers over the phone
• Offering travel advice and creating itineraries
• Using your initiative to identify issues and solve problems
• Submitting daily sales reports.
• Issuing Domestic & International tickets.
• Reissuing Domestic & International tickets.
• Knows Refund, Part refund.
• Providing Flight quotation to the client.
• Issuing Travel Insurance Policy.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• At least 2 year experience as a Travel Consultant
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent phone manner and energy
• Experience using any GDS
• Good destination knowledge
• An eye for detail and identifying potential problems
• Clear communication; effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic would be desirable.
• Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
