Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
• Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, career track etc.
• Conduct employee onboarding orientation
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proven experience as HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• B.Sc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
• HR Diploma/training will be a plus.
